Privacy policy

How Hyperscaling Solutions Inc., trading as Scalewell, collects and uses personal information on scalewell.app.

1. Who we are

Scalewell is operated by Hyperscaling Solutions Inc. (“Scalewell”, “we”, “us”), a Delaware corporation, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, USA. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Questions and requests go to hello@scalewell.app.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers our website, its forms, our newsletter and call booking. It does not cover data we access when a company connects its ad, attribution or revenue accounts for scoring or financing — that access is governed by the data and financing agreements signed with that company.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you apply, contact us, book a call or subscribe: your name, work email, role, company and app name or link, and anything you tell us about your business, such as marketing spend, payback period, pROAS ranges and the amount of financing you are looking for.

Information collected automatically. Browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the time of your visit, through the analytics cookies described in section 7.

Information from others. Our booking and newsletter providers pass us the details you enter with them. We may also look up publicly available information about your company and app.

4. How we use it

To answer your enquiry and schedule calls; to assess whether your business may be eligible for financing and prepare an indicative offer; to send the newsletter you subscribed to; to understand which parts of the site are useful and fix what is not; to keep the site secure; and to meet our legal obligations.

For visitors in the EEA and UK, we rely on your consent (newsletter, analytics cookies), on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract (applications and calls), on our legitimate interest in running and improving a business website, and on legal obligation where it applies.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with:

— service providers that run the site for us: hosting, analytics, email, TidyCal for call booking and Substack for the newsletter, each bound to use the data only on our instructions; — companies under common control with us, including the Campaignswell group, for the purposes in this policy; — professional advisers, auditors and funding partners under confidentiality obligations; — authorities, where the law requires it, or to protect our rights; — a successor, if our business is merged, acquired or reorganised.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry and application details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into an agreement with your company, in which case that agreement sets the period. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

7. Cookies

We use two kinds: strictly necessary cookies, which remember choices such as dismissing the cookie notice, and basic analytics cookies, which tell us which pages are visited and how. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working without analytics cookies.

8. Security and transfers

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No method of transmission is entirely secure. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries; where the law requires it, we use recognised safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing — which we do not do — and will not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

Write to hello@scalewell.app. We may need to verify your identity and will answer within the time the law allows. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Business audience

The site is meant for people acting on behalf of businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

11. Changes

We will post any update on this page and change the effective date above. If a change is material, we will say so on the site or by email where we have it.
